Die Jeunes Restaurateurs haben jetzt ihren neuen Restaurant- und Hotelführer für 2010 vorgestellt. Darin stellen sich die 57 Mitlgiedsköche mit ihren Angeboten ausführlich vor. Die Publikation gibt es gratis in den angeschlosenenen Restaurants oder kann per E-Mail in der Geschäftsstele der Vereinigung von aufstrebenden, jungen Spitzenköchen bestellt werden.

Der Jeunes Restaurateurs Restaurant & Hotelführer 2010 ist ab sofort in allen Mitgliedshäusern und der Geschäftsstelle erhältlich. Neben den Porträts der 57 jungen Spitzenköche und ihrer Restaurants wird den Gästen darin der neue Förderclub Eliteklasse vorgestellt. Jeder Förderer hat die Chance, eine Karibikkreuzfahrt auf der Sea Cloud II zu gewinnen.
Der handliche Guide erinnert optisch an Kaffee und Karamell und macht schon allein durch die Farbgestaltung Appetit auf die kreative und zeitgemäße deutsche Küche, für die die Vereinigung steht. Wie gewohnt finden sich darin zunächst die aktiven Jeunes Restaurateurs aus Deutschland, gefolgt von den Table d'Honneur-Mitgliedern, die das Alter von 45 Jahren bereits überschritten haben. Die qualifizierte Ausbildung des Gastronomienachwuchses spielt bei den Jeunes Restaurateurs eine wichtige Rolle. So wurde 2005 bereits die einzigartige "JRE Eliteklasse" ins Leben gerufen. Der neu geschaffene Förderclub Eliteklasse, der im Guide 2010 erstmals beworben wird, gibt überzeugten Gästen und Fans der Jeunes Restaurateurs die Chance, den Nachwuchs in der Spitzengastronomie als Fördermitglied zu
unterstützen.
Die so gewonnenen Einnahmen kommen ausschließlich den Auszubildenden zugute und fließen vor allem in Ausstattung, Unterbringung und in Honorare für Fachreferenten.
